SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Nicholas Mak, head of research and consultancy at ERA Realty Network, has left the agency after nearly four years with the firm.

“We extend our sincere appreciation for his contributions to ERA and wish him success in his future endeavours,” says Eugene Lim, ERA’s key executive officer, in a March 27 email sent out to the media. The email stated Mak would be stepping down from his role immediately.

Mak joined ERA in June 2019. Prior to joining the agency he was the head of research and consultancy at ZACD and SLP International. He previously led research teams at Knight Frank and Chesterton International.

Mak says he is currently clearing his leave ahead of starting the next stage of his career in the real estate industry. “It has been an exciting four years working in ERA. This is the first time that I have worked in a big property agency," he says in a separate email to the media. "The past four years here have been a fruitful learning experience about the culture and practices in the real estate agency business."
