The 531-unit Hundred Palms Residences by Hoi Hup Realty (below) will be the second executive condominium to be launched for sale this year after iNz Residence. The e-application will take place between July 4 and July 17 with sales bookings starting from July 22.

Hundred Palms Residences is made up of nine 15-storey blocks of 531 three- to five-bedroom units. According to Hoi Hup, over 80% of the units are three-bedroom layouts sized from 883 sq ft to 1,227 sq ft. The rest are four- and five-bedroom units sized from 1,270 sq ft to 1,636 sq ft. Official pricing details for the units have yet to be released.

Each unit comes with a smart home system that will allow homeowners to remotely control the lighting and air conditioning via a mobile app. They will also be able to use it to book condominium facilities, pay maintenance fees, and arrange for home cleaning services.

The EC is conveniently located along Yio Chu Kang Road and a short drive from Hougang and Serangoon North HDB neighbourhoods. In terms of amenities, Hundred Palms Residences is located within 10 minute drive from Hougang 1, nex, AMK Hub and Hougang Mall. It is also within 1km from popular primary schools like Rosyth, Xinmin and Hougang Primary.

Hoi Hup Realty was awarded the 1.8ha site in February 2016 after submitting the top bid of $183.8 million, which works out to $331 psf per plot ratio. The 99-year leasehold project is expected to obtain its TOP in 2020.
