In his new role, Goh will focus on growing Colliers’ investment services business pertaining to non-institutional clients. He has 22 years of experience in the real estate industry with a strong track record in industrial, shophouses, and collective sales.
“The residential market has been performing very well for the past few months. Collective sales are gaining traction this year, as the remaining unsold inventory has fallen below 24,000 units, which was the trigger point for the enbloc cycle back in 2017,” says Tan.
He adds that the increasing number of bids in recent Government Land Sales tenders signals that property developers are looking for new development sites to add to their land bank.
