Lee Sze Teck, senior director of research at Huttons Asia, notes that recent sales in the vicinity include a semi-detached house along Coronation Road West that was sold for $2,354 psf on the land area in February. Commenting on 39 Bin Tong Park, he says: “This is a rare opportunity for buyers to buy for legacy planning.”
