Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has appointed Dennis Yeo - previously managing director at CBRE - as chief executive of Singapore and Southeast Asia, it announced on Monday.

Yeo has close to three decades of real estate experience. Prior to this, he was managing director for Industrial and Logistics for Asia at CBRE. Before that, he spent 22 years at Colliers, holding positions such as country head of Singapore and head of Colliers’ Asia Capital Markets, Investment Services and Industrial Services.

Yeo will oversee corporate real estate services in Singapore and across Southeast Asia, including capital markets, tenant and landlord advisory services as well as valuations. He will work closely with Jun Sochi, managing director for C&W Services Singapore.
