Cushman & Wakefield makes senior Asia Pacific leadership promotions

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Cushman & Wakefield has announced the promotions of James Young and Gordon Marsden as head of investor services, APAC & EMEA and head of capital markets, Asia Pacific respectively.

“These senior leadership appointments further strengthen our investor services platform across Asia Pacific and reflect the ongoing and rapid growth of our brokerage, valuations and project management businesses across the region,” says, Matthew Bouw, CEO, Asia Pacific at Cushman & Wakefield.

Young’s promotion to head of investor services, Asia Pacific will take effect from January 2023 and expand his current portfolio covering EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa). In Asia Pacific, he will work closely with Marsden as well as Cushman & Wakefield's head of investor services, logistics & industrial, Asia Pacific Dennis Yeo to drive sustained growth across the investor services business in the region.

Meanwhile, Marsden’s appointment as head of capital markets, Asia Pacific is with immediate effect. He will relocate from Hong Kong to Singapore for his new role, working alongside Francis Li, chairman of the Asia Pacific Capital Markets Board. Marsden will drive the firm’s capital markets strategy around regional clients and institutional investors and work with the brokerage teams across Asia Pacific.
