Luxury apartment developer Crown Group is set to launch its first project in Brisbane in 2020.
Set by the Brisbane River, the development comprises 455 luxury apartments set on 1.25ha of prime waterfront land at 117 Victoria Street, in the redeveloping suburb of West End. There will be a mix of studio; one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments; as well as terraces and four-bedroom penthouses.
Each apartment is designed to have the “best access” to the waterfront, says Crown Group chief operating officer Pierre Abrahamse.
The development is designed by architectural firm Francis-Jones Morehen Thorp (fjmt). It has four 12-storey structures overlooking a common podium, allowing more landscaped walkways that connect with the riverfront. There will also be 45,208 sq ft of communal open space, and an elevated garden that leads down the riverfront.
Other facilities at the West End development include a 25m pool, cabana and poolside lounges, barbecue facilities, spas, gym and ample breakout space for yoga and relaxation.
