Four adjoining ground-floor retail units and a second- floor office unit located at the 999-year leasehold Goldhill Plaza have been put up for sale by public tender. According to CBRE, the guide price for the entire portfolio is $20.8 million ($4,377 psf).
Each of the four ground-floor shop units is approximately 893 sq ft, while the second-floor office unit has a strata area of around 1,184 sq ft, making up a total strata area of about 4,758 sq ft. The office unit is linked to the ground floor shops via an internal staircase.
According to CBRE, all four ground-floor shop units come with F&B usage approvals and the entire portfolio is being offered for sale on a vacant possession basis. The units are located next to the car park and enjoy excellent shop frontages with high visibility from Newton Road.
The public tender closes on Feb 28.
