SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Colliers has announced the immediate appointments of Edmund Lee as executive director of industrial services, Singapore, as well as Thomas Wong as head of asset management, Singapore.

Lee has more than 20 years of real estate experience and commands a core competency in the disposal of industrial assets to REIT companies and real estate private equity funds. He will report to Lynus Pook, head of industrial services, Singapore, at Colliers.

In his new role as executive director of industrial services, Lee will develop new business opportunities, investing in client relationships and identifying potential clients for Colliers that have the propensity to relocate or resize.
Another new senior hire is Wong who will lead and develop the asset management team. He will report to Stephen Bruce, executive director and head of real estate management services, Singapore.
Wong is another industry veteran with more than 25 years in the industry. His experience includes establishing an asset management business unit, conducting market studies and analysis of enterprise risks, and working with a variety of stakeholders in the design and development of assets.
