Colliers International has made two new appointments to further strengthen its industrial services, capital markets and investment services business in Singapore. Dominic Peters joined the firm as senior director of industrial services on July 2, and Pamela Siow joined the team as director of capital markets and investment services (CMIS) on Aug 1.

Peters has over 25 years of experience in development consultancy and the marketing of industrial properties in Singapore. He will provide strategic advice and formulate action plans to spearhead growth in Colliers’ industrial services and consultancy business. This includes built-to-suit assignments, sale and leaseback arrangements, lease renewal, space expansion, and relocation services.

Together with the CMIS team, Siow will help to deepen the breadth and depth of services offered to institutional investors, industrialists, developers, and land owners – particularly in the industrial real estate segment. She has more than 20 years of advisory and investment experience in the industrial and logistics segments in the Asia-Pacific. She was head of investments at Sime Darby Real Estate Management, and held similar roles at Frasers Logistics and Industrial Asset Management and ESR Funds Management.
