According to URA data, as of February 2015, only 14 units have been sold at Alana at Sunrise Terrace out of the 20 units that have been launched. The project consists of a total 78 units.
Based on caveats lodged, there have been no sales since August 2014 despite the developer’s offering more discounts, such as full reimbursements of the Buyer Stamp Duty and Additional Buyer Stamp Duty. The past transactions have ranged from about $2.06M for a 2,756 SQFT unit to $3.48M for a 3,595 SQFT unit or $749 to $967 psf.
139 cluster housing units or about 19% were sold in February, out of 732 units launched. This is much lower than the 36,432 private residential units or 63% that were sold in February, out of 57,830 units launched.
