SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - SingHaiyi Group’s hospitality division, Momentus Hospitality, has appointed Chow Keng Hai as its new general manager.
Chow's extensive career spans over 35 years, during which he has held leadership positions with hospitality brands like Raffles International, Swissôtel, Pan Pacific, Starwood Hotels, Resorts World Sentosa and Far East Hospitality. Based on his LinkedIn profile, he has been an adjunct lecturer at the International Hotel and Tourism School (Shatec) and an associate trainer at NTUC LearningHub.
In his new role, he will oversee operational leadership across the brand’s portfolio, focusing on planning, developing, and maintaining a guest-centric experience. Additionally, he will mentor and lead the property managers, foster a culture of collaboration and enhance the organisation’s overall performance.
