CBRE announced two leadership appointments to its Asia Pacific Advisory & Transactions Services team on April 2. Richard Stevenson took on the role of managing director and head of office occupier, and Rohini Saluja has assumed the position of managing director, head of consulting and integrated client solutions.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Stevenson was previously CBRE’s head of multi- markets, Asia Pacific occupier since 2017 and was based in the Hong Kong SAR. Saluja has been with CBRE for 15 years.
Global property advisor Knight Frank has appointed Philipp Ueberschaer as head of occupier strategy and solutions for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Ueberschaer was previously JLL’s managing director for the international desk, where he spent 17 years in the occupier business in Germany, France, and London.

Ueberschaer will work with Richard Proctor, head of UK occupier strategy and solutions at Knight Frank, in his new role.
Alexander Banzic has been promoted to head of Australia for M&G Real Estate, part of M&G’s GBP 73.4 billion private markets business. He was previously M&G’s director of asset management in Australia for four years.

He occupied senior positions at DWS Group, KordaMentha, EG Funds, and Westpac Bank before joining M&G.
