Centurion Corp has inked a deal to acquire four student accommodation assets in the UK for a total of £20.1 million ($38.9 million).

They are the 37-bed Beechwood House and the 140-bed Weston Court in Manchester, the 157-bed Hotwells House in Bristol and the 185-bed Garth Heads in Newcastle Upon Tyne. These assets add 519 beds to Centurion’s student accommodation portfolio, bringing the total to 3,208 beds in the UK, Australia and Singapore.

Centurion plans to continue growing its student accommodation business in key educational hubs globally. According to the group, it has proven to be resilient, bolstered by growing student enrolments and undersupply of purpose-built student accommodation
