It is the only private condo on Champions Way, surrounded by new HDB Build-to-Order flats. The last new private condo launch in the neighbourhood was 12 years ago - the 689-unit, five-storey Parc Rosewood on Rosewood Drive rolled out in 2012 and completed in 2014.
Norwood Grand is within a five-minute walk of Woodlands South MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL). It is just one stop to the Woodlands Integrated Transport Hub with the MRT Interchange Station (for the Thomson-East Coast and North-South Lines) and bus interchange. Sitting at the heart of the Woodlands Regional Centre, the Woodlands MRT Station is linked to the Causeway Point shopping mall and the Woods Square integrated commercial development with offices, retail and a childcare centre.
Woodlands South Station is just two stops from Woodlands North Station, which has direct access to the upcoming Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link with a light rail transit shuttle service to Bukit Chagar Station in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
