CDL to preview Haus on Handy at prices from $1.188 mil

City Developments Ltd (CDL) will hold an exclusive private preview of the 188-unit Haus on Handy this Saturday, June 29. The project is located on Handy Road, within a two-minute walk of the Plaza Singapura shopping mall, which is linked to the Dhoby Ghaut MRT interchange station for the North-South, North-East and Circle Lines.

Haus on Handy has two residential blocks of 9- and 12-storeys. There is a mix of one- to three-bedroom units with sizes ranging from 420 to 1,141 sq ft. There are also six units of three-bedroom dual-key apartments.

Prices start from S$1.188 million for one-bedroom, S$1.668 million for two-bedroom and S$2.708 million for three-bedroom. The development is expected to be launched in July.



CDL purchased the 51,626 sq ft, 99-year leasehold site in a government land sale (GLS) in January 2018 for $212.2 million ($1,722 psf per plot ratio).

There’s a conserved bungalow within the site, which will be converted by CDL into a clubhouse with facilities for the residents of Haus on Handy. A covered walkway will be built to connect Haus on Handy to The Cathay.
