CBRE will build its next generation Innovation Centre of Excellence in SouthEast Asia at Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ). The 31,000 sq ft office, slated for completion in 3Q20109, will see the co-location of 600 CBRE employees across its wide range of service lines.

“We are planning a world class facility that reflects CBRE’s leading position in real estate services,” says Pauline Goh, CEO of CBRE South East Asia. In designing the new space, CBRE will utilize its proprietary technology (CBRE 360) that enables floor plans to be visualized and edited in both 2D and 3D.

According to Moray Armstrong, CBRE’s managing director of advisory & transaction services, the innovation centre at PLQ will be a hotbed for the development, testing, and delivery of tech tools and prop tech solutions for their clients. CBRE will maintain a core office in the CBD to supplement its new office.
