SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - CBRE Singapore has announced two new senior level hires to boost its Industrial & Logistics team. Jasline Chua joins the company as associate director, advisory & transaction services, while Lim Soon Lee joins the team as director, advisory & transaction services.

Chua was a leasing manager with Ascendas and ESR and oversaw tenant management across business parks and light industrial and logistics assets. Meanwhile, Lim was a leasing manager with Ascendas and Logos, where he specialised in leasing production and logistics assets.

The two new appointments will strengthen CBRE’s capabilities in sales and leasing of industrial park and logistics assets, including warehouse and distribution centres, manufacturing factories, business park, high-tech space for research & development, and data centres. The team focuses on the sale, lease and built-to suit demand segments.
