SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - CBRE has appointed Hugh Macdonald as head of capital advisors for Asia Pacific (Apac).
Macdonald has more than two decades of experience in the banking industry, with expertise in investment banking, and the real estate, gaming, leisure and lodging sectors. He joins CBRE from Deutsche Bank, where he served as the head of investment banking coverage and advisory for Australia and New Zealand.
In Macdonald’s new role, he will report to Leo van den Thillart, global head of investment banking, and Greg Hyland, head of capital markets, Apac. Starting his role in Sydney, he will relocate to Singapore in 1Q2025.
