SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - CBRE has announced the appointment of Constance Leung as head of consulting, Singapore with effect from June 2.
Leung brings with her 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and holds a Master of Science in Urban Planning and Development from University of Reading, UK.
Before joining CBRE, she was at Edmund Tie & Co as director of consulting. She advised clients from government agencies, financial institutions, private investment funds, institutional funds, and real estate developers.
Leung will lead CBRE’s consulting work across the region, including bespoke research and real estate portfolio strategies for clients. She will also handle developmental programming, financial and business modelling for large-scale masterplan sites in Southeast Asia, covering the commercial, hospitality, industrial and logistics, and residential sectors.
She will report to Moray Armstrong, managing director of CBRE Singapore. Armstrong says that he is confident that Leung will “drive [CBRE’s] consulting business growth and success, delivering unique and creative insights built upon sound research and analytics”.
Leung says that during volatile times like the current pandemic, it is even more important to bring “considered and objective research and analysis to every project”. She looks forward to working closely with professionals in the firm to deliver “world-class consulting outcomes”.
