SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - CBRE announced on July 18 that Callum Young has joined the firm as executive director, capital markets, Asia Pacific. He will be based in Hong Kong, with a focus on cross-border investment across the region.

Young joins CBRE from Savills, where he was a senior member of the firm’s capital markets division, having worked in Singapore, Seoul and London.

In his new role, Young will work closely with CBRE's capital markets leadership team to grow its capabilities across Asia Pacific and drive new business into the firm’s Asia markets. “Callum is an experienced capital markets adviser with a strong global network, who will help to guide our cross-border clients to identify opportunities in the region,” says Greg Hyland, head of capital markets, Asia Pacific, of CBRE.
