CapitaLand has started the construction of International Tech Park Chennai (ITPC), a 23.3-acre (9.4-hectare) IT park on Radial Road, located along Chennai’s IT corridor.

Construction will be done over several phases. Phase One will comprise two buildings offering 2.6 million sq ft of premium Grade-A office space. The first and second blocks will be operational by 4Q2022 and 2Q2024, respectively. Altogether, ITPC has 4.6 million sq ft of development potential for premium Grade-A office space.

Upon completion, the development will have amenities such as restaurants, food courts, fitness centre, clinic, childcare centre and event spaces.

ITPC, Radial Road is CapitaLand India’s third IT park and eighth property in Chennai.
