CapitaLand Development (CLD) has achieved a strong reception for the recent previews of two of its projects located in Vietnam.
On Oct 26, the developer commenced an exclusive preview of Orchard Hill, a 774-unit high-rise development. The project is the second phase of Sycamore, CLD’s development in Binh Duong New City, about 30km from Ho Chi Minh City. Sycamore is a joint venture with United Overseas Australia and encompasses 3,500 freehold units across a mix of low-, mid-, high-rise developments.
Since the preview, 694 units, or 90% of Orchard Hill have been booked, with the most sought-after units being the one- and two-bedders. The development is slated for completion by 4Q2026.

On Nov 9, CLD held an exclusive preview of The Senique Hanoi, a 2,150-unit high-rise residential project in East Hanoi. According to the developer, the project has achieved bookings for 92% of units. The Senique Hanoi is being developed in collaboration with Mitsubishi Estate and Nomura Real Estate Development and is set to be completed in 2027.
The robust response for The Senique Hanoi follows the successful launch of the third and last phase of CLD’s Lumi Hanoi residential mega-development last month. A total of 678 of the 697 units released for sale under the last phase were taken up by the end of launch day on Oct 5, which reflects a take-up rate of 97%. The 3,950-unit Lumi Hanoi is now 99% taken up.
