CapitaLand, City Developments Limited, Far East Organization, Keppel Land and Wing Tai Holdings won the Top Developer Award at the EdgeProp Excellence Awards 2017, which was held at Pan Pacific Singapore.
CapitaLand is famed for its track record of iconic developments by world-acclaimed architects such as The Interlace by Ole Scheeren, d’Leedon by the late Zaha Hadid and Sky Habitat by Moshe Safdie.
Three of City Developments’ projects are winners at the Inaugural EdgeProp Excellence Award. Bartley Residences won the Value Creation Award; Gramercy Park won the Development Excellence Award; and Forest Woods won the Marketing Excellence Award.
Far East Organization’s Hillsta was voted most innovative and Eight Courtyards won the Value Creation Award. Several other developments by Far East, such as Alba, Greenwood Mews and The Scotts Tower were shortlisted for awards in the Development Excellence and Development Innovation categories.
Keppel Land’s The Glades is the winner of the Landscape Excellence Awards and Corals at Keppel Bay emerged as the People’s Choice from the crowd of more than 30 nominees.
Wing Tai’s The Tembusu, which is a redevelopment of its former garment factory and headquarters at Tampines Road, is a winner of both the Development Excellence Award and the Development Innovation Award.
