SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Capella Hotel Group has introduced a new brand to its portfolio – Patina Hotels & Resorts. It will offer the same unique service as the brands under the group. Patina Maldives, Fari Islands will be the first five-star resort to carry this brand, launching in Q42020. Properties in Ubud, Bali and Sanya, China will also follow.
Fari Islands is located in the North Male Atoll of the Maldives, a 50-minute speedboat journey from Male International Airport. It was developed by Singapore-based real estate developer Pontiac Land.
The four-island archipelago features three world-class hotels, a vibrant marina and a hospitality campus that doubles up as a staff village for community, education and engagement.
Patina Maldives is designed by well-known Brazillian architect Marcio Kogan and offers 90 beach and water villas, ranging from one to three bedrooms. The resort also offers 20 Fari Studios. Residents can access Fari Marina, a beach club with charming boutiques, a variety of curated F&B options and various social spaces within urban and natural landscapes.
