UOL Group and Singapore Land sold 200 of the 250 units released across all unit types at The Clement Canopy over its launch weekend.
The Clement Canopy is a 50:50 joint venture between UOL Group and Singapore Land. It is the first condominium project that come to the market this year. The 99-year leasehold project comprises two 40-storey blocks with two- to four-bedroom units from 635 sq ft to 1,539 sq ft. The average price ranges from $1,330 psf to $1,360 psf.
The Clement Canopy is located near National University of Singapore (NUS) and the Yale-NUS College. The development is also close to the Clementi MRT station.
There is a $6,000 discount for the two-bedroom units, $8,000 for the three-bedroom units, and $12,000 for the four-bedroom units. These early bird discounts will end later this week.
