Bungalow on Woollerton Drive on the market for $30.33 mil

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A two-storey detached bungalow at 4 Woollerton Drive is up for sale by tender with a guide price of $30.33 million. This works out to around $3,796 psf, based on the property’s land area of about 7,991 sq ft.

The two-storey detached house is situated within the Gallop Road/Woollerton Park Good Class Bungalow (GCB) area. It occupies a site with a frontage of 24m and a depth of 30m. The elevated nature of the plot allows the home to enjoy views of the lush greenery in its surroundings, says marketing agent Huttons. The bungalow includes an attic and a basement level and has a total gross floor area of 11,000 sq ft.

The owner of 4 Woollerton Drive originally purchased the site in August 2012 at $12.44 million ($1,571 psf). They opted to tear down the existing structure and build a new two-storey bungalow which was completed in 2015.



According to Huttons, the new home was built at a cost “exceeding $6 million” and was designed to house multiple generations comfortably. It features spacious living and dining areas, seven en suite bedrooms, entertainment and family areas, a wine cellar, and a large basement car porch.

Huttons’ Suzie Mok, who is the marketing lead for the property, points out that the home is move-in ready for the future buyer, with minimal renovations. She expects the bungalow to draw keen interest, noting that bungalows in the Woollerton GCB area are rarely available for sale. “These properties draw ever-rising interest from high net-worth individuals, both among newly minted citizens, as well as Singapore citizens who seek to own and pass down a timeless asset,” she adds.

The tender for 4 Woollerton Drive will close on Aug 18 at 3pm.
