Bukit Sembawang Estates will be launching its latest development, Watercove (below), a freehold strata-landed project for sale on July 8 and 9. Watercove, which comprises 80 residential units, is located on Wak Hassan Drive. There are 76 terraced and four semi-detached units with floor areas ranging from 3,200 to 4,400 sq ft. Prices start from $2.28 million ($712 psf) for the 3,200 sq ft unit.
Each terraced unit has four en suite bedrooms and a guest or family room, as well as a roof terrace. All units are equipped with lifts and home automation features, including a digital lock-set and lighting and air-conditioning control devices for specific rooms. Interior fittings and finishes include Miele and De Dietrich kitchen appliances. Outdoor facilities include a swimming pool, a water play area for children, as well as a Jacuzzi and onsen.
Watercove is conveniently located next to Sembawang Park and about 10 minutes’ drive from the Sembawang MRT, Canberra MRT (to be completed in 2019) and Yishun MRT stations. In addition, Watercove is close to malls such as Sembawang Shopping Centre, Sun Plaza Shopping Mall and Northpoint.
“The development is definitely an attractive proposition to buyers, given the limited supply of freehold housing land in Singapore. It is extremely rare that a cluster development offers a seaview and has freehold status,” says Ng Chee Seng, CEO of Bukit Sembawang Estates.
Watercove is jointly marketed by CBRE and Edmund Tie & Co (ET&Co).
