A Good Class Bungalow (GCB) in District 21 has been put up for mortgagee sale by a bank. The 17,035 sqft freehold site at 15 Binjai Rise will go under the hammer at Colliers International’s auction on April 29.

There have been five GCB transactions inked put upthis year, with prices ranging from $22 million to $25.8 million. The median price was $24 million or $1,564 psf, with the corresponding transaction in January 2015 for a GCB at Gallop Road.
