SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Am Tacheles, a mixed-use project in Berlin, Germany, is set to preview in July, according to marketing agent JLL.

The development is located on the former Kunsthaus Tacheles in the Mitte district, and comprises 133 apartments and penthouses, office space and a range of shops and restaurants.

There will be five residential buildings designed by architects Herzog & de Meuron, Grüntuch Ernst Architekten and Brandlhuber + Muck Petzet.

Prices for residential units at  Am Tacheles start from EUR567,000 ($916,063) for a one-bedroom apartment.

The online preview of the development will be held on July 29 at 5pm (Singapore time).
