Last May saw a 409 sq ft mid-floor unit changed hands for $725,000 ($1,772 psf). In 2016, prices averaged $1.05 million ($1,345 psf) for six transactions of two-bedroom units sized from 689 to 861 sq ft. The most recent transaction was that of a 1,615 sq ft unit that fetched $1.70 million ($1,053 psf) in Feb.
Since last October, monthly rents have averaged $2,000 for 400 to 500 sq ft units at the development. That translates to a gross rental yield of 3.4% based on the asking price.
