Each of the newly launched low-rise apartment blocks feature its own rooftop infinity pool, and the interiors have been done up in a ‘sleek contemporary style’.
“Laguna Lakeside Residences is designed and built with the same level of care and attention to detail as other properties within the Banyan Group” said Banyan Group founder, Ho Kwon Ping.
The newly launched residential blocks are next to the first phase of 300 condo units and 14 villas that were launched for sale in February. According to Banyan Group, these are fully sold, and the buildings were completed in June.
Ho says that demand for new homes in Phuket is soaring on the back of trends such as urban flight, global geopolitical tensions and Phuket’s continued development in building world-class international schools and hospitals.
