Over the weekend of Jan 4-5, the sales gallery of Bagnall Haus at Upper East Coast drew 1,500 visitors. Many of the visitors were groups of families, mainly existing residents in the East, says Teo Hong Lim, executive chairman of Roxy-Pacific Holdings, the developer of Bagnall Haus.

Bagnall Haus is also one of the first new project launches of 2025. The 113-unit freehold condo is a redevelopment of the former Bagnall Court, purchased in January 2023 for $115.28 million.

The project is less than a five-minute walk from the upcoming Sungei Bedok MRT Interchange Station. It is also a five-minute walk to the Upper East Coast Bus Terminal.
