SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JTC has launched a B2 industrial site site at Jalan Papan (Plot 8) for tender under the first half of the 2023 IGLS Programme. It is the second of four Confirmed List sites under the programme.

The site measures 0.9 ha (96,875 sq ft) and has a gross plot ratio of 1.4 It has a tenure of 20 years. The maximum building height is 120m Singapore height datum (SHD). The SHD was introduced in 2015 as a height measurement reference and is pegged to Singapore’s historical mean sea level.

The tender will close on April 25 at 11am.
