SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - CapitaLand Investment’s wholly owned lodging business unit, The Ascott has opened its third co-living property in Singapore, lyf Farrer Park Singapore. The 240-unit development is located close to Farrer Park MRT station.

This is Ascott’s sixth co-living property in Asia, following the recent launch of lyf one-north Singapore in January. It has since achieved an average occupancy rate of 80%, according to Norman Cross, head of lyf brand and general manager of lyf Singapore.

“With the launch lyf Farrer Park Singapore, our third lyf co-living property in Singapore, guests can look forward to an exciting and colourful experience in a central and accessible location within the cultural hub of the Little India neighbourhood,” says Cross.

The co-living development offers three apartment types, from studio units to two-bedroom apartments. It caters to “next-generation travellers,” “digital nomads and creative self-starters,” with an emphasis on fostering community experiences and curated programmes, according to the press release.
Ascott will be opening 12 more lyf properties worldwide by 2025.
