Frasers Property has announced several leadership changes to its team in Australia that will come into effect on Oct 1 this year. Anthony Boyd will take up the position of CEO of Frasers Property Australia, moving from his current role as chief financial officer (CFO) at Frasers Property Australia.
Boyd has been with the company since May 2005, and has held senior finance and residential business unit roles before his appointment as CFO in June last year. As CEO, he will be responsible for driving the residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use development initiatives in Australia. He will also report to Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, group CEO of Frasers Property.

Boyd succeeds Rod Fehring, who has been CEO of Frasers Property Australia for the past five years. Fehring will remain on the board of directors and step into his new role as executive chairman. He will also continue to serve as chairman of the management boards of Frasers Property Industrial and Frasers Property UK.
“[Fehring] has played a critical part in the formation of our integrated industrial & logistics platform, which includes asset portfolios in Australia and Europe and provides the asset management services to the newly merged Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT). [He] has also been instrumental in establishing our UK platform in close partnership with our UK leadership,” says Sirivadhanabhakdi.
