SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - The 99-year leasehold The Antares will open its sales gallery along Kallang Airport Drive for public preview on Sept 7. Bookings for The Antares are set to start on Sept 14.
Located next to Mattar MRT station on the Downtown Line in District 14, The Antares is developed by FSKH Development, a joint venture consortium comprising Hock Lian Seng Holdings Limited, Keong Hong Holdings and TA Corporation.
The new development will comprise a total of 265 residential units in two blocks of five-storey, one block of 17-storey and one 18-storey block. Unit sizes range from 452 sq ft for a one-bedroom apartment, to 1,604 sq ft for a four-bedroom penthouse. The Antares also has three-bedroom flexi units ranging from 883 to 1,023 sq ft.
They will be priced starting from $789,000 for a one-bedder, $1.125 million for a two-bedroom unit, and $1.55 million for a three-bedroom flexi unit.
The Antares is one MRT station away from Macpherson MRT interchange, which connects both the Circle and Downtown lines; and just two stops away from Paya Lebar MRT interchange, providing access to the East West line. The North East line is only four stops away at the Serangoon MRT interchange, and the CBD is 20 minutes away via the MRT. Residents can also look forward to the upcoming regional business hub at Paya Lebar Central.
