Knight Frank Singapore has appointed a new head of retail to take charge of its retail property services, which include planning and consultancy as well as marketing and leasing. Angela Hoe will take up this position on July 8, and will report to Wendy Tang, group managing director.
Hoe was previously vice president of retail and tenancy at Resorts World Genting Malaysia, and managed a 900,000 sq ft retail portfolio comprising 700 tenancies across four retail assets. Before that, among other positions, she was associate director of retail and investments at JLL, and worked on local projects like Tanjong Pagar Centre and Quayside Isle @ Sentosa.
