SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Gilda, a luxury alpine property in Andermatt, Switzerland, has been launched for sale from US$1.8 million (or $2.5 million).
There will be an exclusive viewing for home buyers in Asia, real estate developer Andermatt Swiss Alps announced in a Sept 20 press release.
The residence comprises 12 two- to four-bedroom units, including four duplex penthouses occupying between 1,140 sq ft to 2,002 sq ft. It also has an in-house spa, two saunas, a gym, and a dedicated ski and bike room with private locker space.

The property is inspired by 1930’s Bauhaus aesthetics and has been designed by architectural firm Šik and Mach for its exterior and interior design respectively. It also features 100% carbon-neutral electricity and heating, as well as adherence to the Swiss quality standards for sustainable and ecologically designed buildings.
Designed as a year-round holiday real estate property, Gilda is located on the luxury shopping boulevard of the Alpine village of Andermatt and is a 90-minute drive from Zurich airport.
