Amara Holdings opened 100 AM mall in Shanghai, China, on April 21. The five-storey mall, located along the junction of Changshou Road and Jiaozhou Road in Shanghai’s Putuo district, is part of an integrated development by the group. In addition, the development consists of an office tower, also named 100 AM, and a five-star hotel called Amara Signature Shanghai.
The mall has achieved occupancy of 85% with tenants such as Starbucks, Taiwanese dessert brand 8’Wake Up, and Lin Jia Cinema. The office tower is expected to open in the later half of 2019.
“With 100 AM, we have created a whole new asset portfolio that provides an exquisite integrated lifestyle experience, one that will build a thriving community that brings both consumers and hotel guests together, within a bustling precinct,” says Albert Teo, CEO of Amara.
