On September 4, AIMS AMP Capital Industrial Management, as manager of AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT (AA REIT), announced that it has secured the first tenant for its newly completed redevelopment at 8 Tuas Avenue 20, which received its Temporary Occupation Permit on August 29.

The tenant whose business is in the aerospace industry will occupy the ground floor of the property. The tenant has committed to a ten-year lease with rent escalation during the term.

8 Tuas Avenue 20 is a three-storey industrial facility suitable for production and warehouse usage. The property is located near the junction of Pioneer Road, and a short drive to Tuas Checkpoint. It is within walking distance to the Tuas West Road MRT station which opened in June 2017.
